Preventive Maintenance

Collinson Power Protection Subscription (CPPS™)

At Collinson Power, we are users of our own products too. Thus, we understand the difficulties faced
by both our channel partners and our product users.

After years of market research, we launched a programme known as: Collinson Power Protection Subscription (CPPS™) in 2016.

What is CPPS™?

CPPS™ (Collinson Power Protection Subscription) is a monthly or annual subscription programme for users of Collinson Power and PowerPRO products. It covers upgrades, add-on and technical support.

Why are we introducing CPPS™?

From our experiences, we realise the various difficulties faced by our customers in terms of hardware maintenance, obsolescence, scalability etc. Through CPPS™, we eliminate these difficulties by taking over them.

There is a lot of wastage in the industry as well with a prevalent “throw culture”. In CPPS™, we’ll be able to practice sustainability.

What is the difference between CPPS™ and the usual hardware warranty?

Usual hardware warranty typically protect you from component failure over time. CPPS™ is different in that it offers access to replacements, repairs, upgrades, add-ons, and technical support.

Subscription & Battery Service (Battery Maintenance and Analysis)

Collinson Power’s subscription & battery service consists of a complete service package for battery analyzing and restoring through the use of a wide range of reliable and industrial Collinson Power Battery Maintenance Equipment, chargers and battery accessories such as measuring equipment, safety kits and connectors. The EnRegenᵀᴹ service can also be used to double the lifespan of batteries through annual battery maintenance.


The Collinson Power Battery Maintenance Equipment comes with its own monitoring software, enabling us to:

  • Draw accurate facts and statistics from the battery regenerations.
  • Create a full report on the battery regeneration.
  • Monitor the battery’s reaction during the charging or discharging cycles.
  • Configure the Collinson Power Battery Maintenance Equipment through a computer.

Main uses of EnRegenᵀᴹ Battery Maintenance Service

Reconditioning Regeneration

  • Restoration of old, medium to well-maintained batteries that have ‘silted up’ as a result of natural sulphation, to a productivity of between 90% to 100%, depending on battery condition. Maintenance Regeneration
  • Maintenance of your battery in optimal and sulphate-free condition through an annual short regeneration.
